Child's Account (Junior Account)
- This account is opened by a parent or guardian for child savings
- Minimum starting fee is only Tshs. 15,000/=
- 1% profit over other accounts is paid annually for a balance of not less than Tshs. 100,000 /=
- It is permissible to keep but give no more than 3 times a year as long as giving there will not reduce the deposit by 50% of the existing one.
- Giving more than 3 times or reducing less than 50%, the cost will be charged.
- Parent / guardian ID (Letter of Village / Ward Executive Officer
- Letter and voter registration ID, citizenship ID, driver’s license or passport; Or
- Employee work ID accompanied by letter of reference from the employer (Institution, Company or Government)
- And, (3) Photos of parent / guardian (passport size)
- And, (3) pictures of the child (passport size).
